About the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI
Released to commemorate Tommi Mäkinen's fourth consecutive WRC title, the 'Evo 6.5' is widely considered the pinnacle of the Lancer Evolution lineage. It features a faster-spooling titanium-aluminide turbine wheel, a 10mm lower ride height tuned for tarmac, and a quicker steering rack compared to the standard Evo VI. Visually distinguished by its unique front bumper and white 17-inch Enkei wheels, the TME delivers a raw, mechanical driving experience defined by exceptional turn-in and mid-range punch. It remains one of the most coveted Japanese performance icons, especially in the signature Passion Red 'Special Colour Pack' livery.
