About the Honda CR-V Mk6
The sixth-generation Honda CR-V represents a significant step up in premium feel and size, moving the model further upmarket. In the UK, the Elegance trim serves as the entry point for the e:HEV full hybrid powertrain, which uses Honda's clever i-MMD system where the electric motor handles most of the propulsion. It features a vastly improved interior over its predecessor, borrowing the clean horizontal dashboard design from the eleventh-generation Civic. The Mk6 is notably longer and wider than the Mk5, providing class-leading rear legroom and a more composed, mature ride quality.
