About the Honda Civic Jordan EK
The Civic Jordan was a UK-exclusive limited edition created to celebrate Honda's engine supply deal with the Jordan Formula One team. Based on the EK4-generation VTi, it features the legendary B16A2 VTEC engine, which delivers a high-revving 160 hp and a distinctive cam-change crossover at 5,500 rpm. All 500 units were finished in Sunlight Yellow with a bespoke yellow-and-black leather interior featuring the 'Buzzin' Hornets' logo. While it lacked the mechanical upgrades of the JDM-only EK9 Type R, its rarity and F1 connection have made it a highly sought-after modern classic in the UK market.

Honda Civic Jordan EK fun facts
- Every Civic Jordan features a signed plaque by Eddie Jordan on the centre console, identifying its specific number in the 500-unit production run.
- The car's Sunlight Yellow paint and 'Buzzin' Hornets' interior logos were direct references to the livery of the 1999 Jordan-Mugen-Honda 199 F1 car.
- Despite being a UK special edition, the Jordan was actually built at Honda's Suzuka plant in Japan before being finished with its unique trim in the UK.
