About the Ford Ranger T6
The 2020 Ford Ranger Wildtrak represents the peak of the T6 generation's refinement, introduced as part of the 2019 facelift. It replaced the venerable 3.2-litre five-cylinder engine with a more efficient and powerful 2.0-litre EcoBlue bi-turbo unit, paired with a sophisticated 10-speed automatic transmission shared with the F-150. The Wildtrak trim was the lifestyle choice, offering SUV-like interior quality and technology including the SYNC 3 infotainment system. Despite its premium cabin, it remained a highly capable tool with a 3,500kg towing capacity and an 800mm wading depth, making it the best-selling pick-up in Europe during its production run.
