About the Toyota Sienna XL30
The third-generation Toyota Sienna (XL30) solidified its reputation as a dependable family hauler, famously marketed as the 'Swagger Wagon'. For the 2015 model year, it received a significant mid-cycle refresh that introduced a more rigid body structure and a vastly improved interior with soft-touch materials. Like its main rivals, it kept a naturally aspirated V6, the smooth 266 hp 3.5-litre 2GR-FE, until a 296 hp 2GR-FKS and an eight-speed automatic arrived for 2017. It remained the only minivan in the North American market to offer an all-wheel-drive option during this period, making it a favourite in colder climates.
