About the Peugeot 107
The Peugeot 107 was the result of the B-Zero project, a joint venture between PSA Peugeot Citroën and Toyota. Built alongside its siblings, the Citroën C1 and Toyota Aygo, in the Czech Republic, it focused on reducing weight and complexity to maximise efficiency. The 1.0-litre Toyota-sourced engine is characterful and provides enough pep for city driving, while the car's tiny footprint makes it exceptionally easy to park. It remains a popular choice for first-time drivers due to its low insurance groups and proven mechanical reliability.
