About the Maserati GranTurismo
The second-generation GranTurismo marks a significant shift for Maserati, replacing the long-lived V8 with the 'Nettuno' V6 derived from the MC20 supercar. The Trofeo is the high-performance petrol flagship, featuring a twin-combustion system and a rear-biased all-wheel-drive setup that maintains the brand's traditional handling characteristics. Despite the new powertrain, it retains the classic long-bonnet, short-deck proportions of its predecessor, crafted on the new Giorgio Sport platform. It balances long-distance refinement with a sharper edge, particularly in its dedicated Corsa driving mode.
