About the Ferrari 458 Italia
Ferrari introduced the 458 Italia at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show as the successor to the F430. Its naturally aspirated, direct-injection V8 revs to 9,000 rpm and drives the rear wheels through a dual-clutch gearbox; no conventional manual was offered. Active front winglets, quick steering and an electronic differential contribute to its agile character. The 488 GTB replaced it in 2015.
