About the Honda Domani MB
The second-generation Honda Domani (MB) was a JDM-focused compact sedan based on the EK-series Civic platform. Positioned as a more premium alternative to the Civic Ferio, it featured a more formal, conservative exterior design and a higher-quality interior, often including wood-grain trim and plush upholstery. While primarily sold in Japan, this generation is significant for being the basis of the Canadian-market Acura EL and sharing its architecture with the European Honda Civic hatchback and Rover 400 series. It offers a typical 1990s Honda driving experience: light, precise controls and a rev-happy, reliable SOHC engine.
