About the SsangYong Rodius
The SsangYong Rodius, known as the Stavic in some markets, was designed by Ken Greenley with the intention of capturing the essence of a luxury yacht. Its unconventional styling, particularly the rear upper structure, made it a frequent fixture on 'ugliest car' lists globally. Despite the aesthetics, it offered immense practical value, featuring a Mercedes-Benz licensed 2.7-litre five-cylinder diesel engine and a massive cabin capable of seating seven adults with significant luggage space. It remains a cult choice for those prioritising utility and low purchase costs over image.
