About the SsangYong Musso Q200
The Q200-generation SsangYong Musso, launched in 2018, represents a significant shift for the brand by utilising the body-on-frame architecture of the Rexton SUV. Unlike many of its leaf-sprung competitors, the Musso features a more sophisticated multi-link rear suspension setup with coil springs, aimed at improving unladen ride quality. It is powered by the e-XDi220 engine, which provides sufficient torque for a 3.5-tonne towing capacity while maintaining a one-tonne payload. While it lacks the brand prestige of Japanese rivals, it offers a spacious cabin and a high level of standard equipment for its price point.
