About the SEAT Ibiza Mk5
The fifth-generation SEAT Ibiza was the first Volkswagen Group vehicle to utilise the MQB A0 platform, preceding even the VW Polo. The 2021 facelift introduced a significantly upgraded interior with a soft-touch dashboard and a larger 'floating' infotainment screen to address previous criticisms of cabin quality. In FR trim, the Ibiza receives stiffer sports suspension and 17-inch alloy wheels, offering a more engaging drive than its stablemates. The 1.0-litre TSI three-cylinder engine is a highlight, providing punchy mid-range torque and impressive refinement for its size.
