About the Mini Countryman U25
The third-generation Countryman (U25) marks a significant shift for the brand, growing substantially in size to compete directly in the premium compact SUV segment. Built in Leipzig alongside the BMW X1, it shares the FAAR platform and features a radical interior overhaul centred on a circular 9.4-inch OLED display. The S ALL4 trim provides a balanced performance profile, utilising a mild-hybrid assisted 2.0-litre engine to offer all-weather capability. While it is the largest vehicle to ever wear the Mini badge, it retains the brand's characteristic direct steering and playful driving dynamics.
