About the Ford Kuga Mk3
The third-generation Ford Kuga, built on the C2 platform shared with the Focus, marked a significant shift towards electrification for Ford of Europe. The 2.5-litre PHEV variant quickly became the best-selling plug-in hybrid in Europe, praised for its real-world efficiency and surprisingly agile chassis. The ST-Line trim adds a sportier aesthetic with body-coloured bumpers, a larger rear spoiler, and a firmer suspension setup. While the eCVT transmission prioritises smoothness, the combined 225 PS output provides adequate performance for a family SUV.
