About the BMW M6 E24
The M635CSi was the pinnacle of the E24 6 Series, developed by BMW's Motorsport division to compete with the fastest grand tourers of the 1980s. It features the M88/3 engine, a refined version of the 24-valve unit found in the M1 supercar, providing exceptional high-revving performance. Known for its distinctive 'Sharknose' styling and elegant Paul Bracq-designed silhouette, it offers a blend of luxury and mechanical purity. In North America and Japan, the model was badged simply as the M6 and featured a slightly less powerful S38 engine with a catalytic converter.
