About the Toyota Proace
The second-generation Toyota Proace, launched in 2016, is the result of a collaboration between Toyota and the PSA Group (now Stellantis), sharing its platform with the Citroën Jumpy and Peugeot Expert. The 2.0 D-4D variant, particularly in its 150 hp guise, offers a strong balance of torque and fuel efficiency, making it a popular choice for commercial fleets and conversion specialists. It features the 'Smart Cargo' system, which includes a load-through bulkhead to accommodate longer items. While fundamentally a rebadged European van, it benefits from Toyota's five-year warranty and a reputation for reliability in the LCV sector.
