About the Rover P5

The Rover P5B (B for Buick) transformed the staid P5 into a high-performance executive express by adopting the aluminium 3.5-litre V8 engine. The Coupé variant features a lower roofline and slimmer pillars compared to the Saloon, offering a more sporting profile while retaining the luxurious 'gentleman's club' interior. Known for its effortless torque and refined ride, it became the preferred transport for British government officials and HM Queen Elizabeth II. Its combination of understated British luxury and American-derived V8 power makes it a highly desirable classic today.
