About the Porsche 911 Turbo S 993
The 993 Turbo S represents the final, most potent evolution of the air-cooled 911 Turbo. Built by the Porsche Exclusive department, it features larger K24 turbochargers, an additional oil cooler, and a revised Motronic ECU to produce 450 PS (424 hp in US trim). Visually distinguished by its '959-style' rear fender air intakes, yellow brake calipers, and a unique bi-plane rear wing, it remains one of the most coveted 911s ever made. Its all-wheel-drive system and six-speed manual gearbox deliver a visceral yet composed driving experience that bridges the gap between classic character and modern supercar performance.
