About the Peugeot RCZ R
Developed by Peugeot Sport, the RCZ R was the most powerful road-going model in the brand's history at its launch. It features a heavily reworked 1.6-litre engine with forged pistons and a twin-scroll turbocharger, delivering a remarkable 169 hp per litre. The chassis was significantly upgraded with a Torsen limited-slip differential, stiffer springs, and larger Alcon brakes to handle the increased output. Distinguished by its fixed rear wing and 'double-bubble' roof, it remains a highly regarded driver's car that successfully challenged the Audi TTS.
