About the McLaren 650S
Launched in 2014 as an evolution of the MP4-12C, the McLaren 650S addressed criticisms of its predecessor by offering more aggressive styling and significantly improved driving dynamics. It features a carbon-fibre MonoCell chassis and a revised M838T engine producing 650 PS, hence the name. The 650S incorporates aerodynamic lessons from the P1 hypercar, resulting in 40% more downforce than the 12C. It remains a highly respected supercar for its unique ProActive Chassis Control system, which provides an exceptionally compliant ride without sacrificing track performance.
