About the Lancia Thema 8.32
The Lancia Thema 8.32 is a unique collaboration between two Italian legends, featuring a 32-valve V8 engine derived from the Ferrari 308 QV. Unlike its mid-engined donor, the 8.32's engine was modified with a cross-plane crankshaft for smoother delivery and assembled by Ducati. It is famously the first production car to feature an electrically retractable rear spoiler, integrated seamlessly into the boot lid. Inside, the cabin is a masterclass in 1980s luxury, draped in hand-stitched Poltrona Frau leather and burr walnut trim. Despite its front-wheel-drive layout, it remains a highly coveted collector's item for its mechanical pedigree and understated 'sleeper' aesthetic.
