About the Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4
Released to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original Countach prototype, the LPI 800-4 is a modern reinterpretation based on the Aventador chassis. It utilizes the hybrid powertrain from the Sián, combining a high-revving naturally aspirated V12 with a 34 hp electric motor powered by a supercapacitor. The design incorporates numerous cues from the LP400 and LP5000 QV, such as the 'Periscopio' lines and hexagonal wheel arches, but lacks the original's iconic rear wing. It offers a more refined driving experience than its predecessor while maintaining the raw, mechanical theatre expected of a flagship Lamborghini.
