About the Honda Stream

Launched in 2000, the first-generation Honda Stream was a compact MPV designed to offer the practicality of a seven-seater without the cumbersome driving dynamics of a traditional van. Built on the seventh-generation Civic platform, it featured a low centre of gravity and a sophisticated multi-link rear suspension that provided class-leading agility. The 2.0-litre model utilised the K20A1 engine, a relative of the unit found in the Civic Type R, delivering a linear power band and high-revving character. While the third row is best suited for children, the Stream remains a cult favourite for those seeking a reliable, driver-focused alternative to the Vauxhall Zafira.
