About the Fiat Scudo 2
Launched in 2007, the second-generation Fiat Scudo was a significant departure from its predecessor, offering a larger body and vastly improved refinement. Developed as part of the Sevel Nord joint venture alongside the Citroën Dispatch and Peugeot Expert, it won the International Van of the Year award in 2008. The 2.0 JTD Multijet 120 variant was the range's sweet spot, providing a balance of 300 Nm of torque and reasonable fuel economy for commercial operators. While primarily a commercial vehicle, its car-like driving dynamics and optional air suspension made it a popular choice for both tradespeople and passenger transport conversions.
