About the Citroën Dispatch Mk2
The second-generation Citroën Dispatch, launched in 2007, was part of a joint project between PSA Peugeot Citroën and Fiat. It represented a significant step forward in refinement over its predecessor, utilizing a platform derived from the PSA GVMP architecture to provide a more car-like driving experience. The 2.0 HDi engine was the mainstay of the range, providing a balance of torque for heavy loads and reasonable fuel economy. It was available in two lengths and two roof heights, making it a staple of European light commercial fleets until it was replaced in 2016.
