About the Dodge Ram SRT-10
Developed by DaimlerChrysler's Performance Vehicle Operations (PVO) using Viper and Prowler engineers, the Ram SRT-10 was a radical exercise in excess. It features the 8.3-litre V10 from the third-generation Viper, paired exclusively with a Tremec T-56 manual transmission in the regular cab configuration. In February 2004, it officially became the world's fastest production pickup, reaching a certified top speed of 154.587 mph. Collectors prize the regular cab for its purist manual setup and superior performance compared to the later, heavier automatic Quad Cab.
