About the Chrysler 300C SRT8 LD
The second-generation Chrysler 300 SRT8 (LD) refined the 'brute in a suit' formula, replacing the 6.1-litre engine with a more potent 6.4-litre 392 HEMI V8. It features a distinctive blacked-out honeycomb grille, a lowered stance, and 20-inch forged aluminium wheels that house massive Brembo brakes. While it retains the comfortable, Bentley-esque cabin of the standard 300, the SRT8 adds adaptive damping and a performance-tuned suspension to handle its significant power. It remains a rare alternative to European super-sedans, offering traditional American muscle character in a sophisticated full-size package.
