About the De Tomaso Pantera SI
The Pantera SI (also known as the 90 Si) was the final and most refined iteration of De Tomaso's long-running supercar. Tasked with modernising the 20-year-old design, Marcello Gandini introduced a dramatic new aero package featuring a distinctive spoiler at the base of the windscreen and an integrated rear wing. Beneath the skin, the car received a significant mechanical overhaul including a new tubular rear subframe, revised suspension, and Brembo brakes shared with the Ferrari F40. The traditional 351 Cleveland V8 was replaced by a fuel-injected 5.0-litre Ford 'High Output' unit, modified by De Tomaso to produce 305 hp. Only 41 units were built, making it one of the rarest and most sought-after variants for collectors.

De Tomaso Pantera SI rarity in CarSpot
The De Tomaso Pantera SI is a Unicorn card in CarSpot, with a rarity score of 100 out of 100. The rarest tier: hypercars, one-offs and cars built in tiny numbers, typically fewer than about 500. A Unicorn card is worth 320 XP.
Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works
Rarity is a collectible game mechanic, not an assessment of real-world scarcity or value.
