About the Daewoo Evanda
The Daewoo Evanda, known internally as the V200, was developed as a larger successor to the Leganza. Styled by Giorgetto Giugiaro's Italdesign, it aimed to offer executive-level proportions and equipment at a significantly lower price point than European rivals. While it featured a sophisticated multi-link rear suspension, its Holden-sourced 2.0-litre engine lacked the refinement of contemporary competitors. Following GM's acquisition of Daewoo, the model was rebranded as the Chevrolet Evanda in many markets before being replaced by the Epica.
