About the BMW XM

The BMW XM is the first standalone M-division product since the mid-engined M1, though it takes the form of a massive, high-performance plug-in hybrid SUV. It features the S68 twin-turbo V8 paired with an electric motor integrated into the transmission, delivering a combined 644 hp. Despite its significant weight, it utilizes active roll stabilization and rear-wheel steering to maintain surprising agility. The interior, dubbed the 'M Lounge', features a sculptural three-dimensional headliner and vintage-look leather, positioning it as a luxury flagship above the X7.
