About the Toyota GR Yaris XP210
Toyota developed the GR Yaris as a distinct three-door performance car rather than merely a tuned five-door Yaris. Its bespoke bodyshell, turbocharged three-cylinder engine and adjustable GR-FOUR all-wheel-drive system give it an unusually direct, eager character. The original UK car made 261 PS; a later facelift brought more power and a substantially revised cabin. Strong enthusiast demand has kept the early manual cars prominent in the modern hot-hatch market.
