About the Toyota Crown Majesta S170

The S170-generation Crown Majesta represents the peak of Toyota's domestic luxury sedan engineering before the global expansion of Lexus. Unlike the standard Crown, the Majesta featured a unique, wider body and was the exclusive recipient of the 4.0-litre 1UZ-FE V8 engine with VVT-i. It served as a showcase for Toyota's most advanced technology, including GPS navigation, vehicle stability control, and optional electronically controlled air suspension. As these cars reach the 25-year import eligibility mark, they have become highly sought after by collectors for their legendary reliability and 'silent' cabin refinement.
