About the Smart Crossblade

The Smart Crossblade is a radical derivative of the City-Coupé, featuring no roof, no doors, and no conventional windscreen. Originally shown as a concept at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show, the positive reception led to a limited production run of 2,000 numbered units. It features a reinforced chassis to compensate for the lack of a roof and a weather-resistant interior designed to be hosed out. Despite its modest 70 hp Brabus-tuned engine, the lack of glass and bodywork creates a visceral driving experience unlike any other production city car.
