About the Renault Talisman

The Renault Talisman was introduced in 2015 as a replacement for both the Laguna and the Latitude, aiming to capture the executive market with a more premium feel. Built on the CMF-CD platform shared with the Espace, it featured the innovative 4Control four-wheel steering system, which significantly improved agility at low speeds and stability at high speeds. The 1.6-litre dCi 160 variant utilised twin-turbocharging to provide a smooth, torque-rich power delivery suited for long-distance cruising. Despite its elegant design and high-tech interior, the Talisman was never sold in the UK or North America, remaining a primarily continental European and South Korean offering.
