About the Renault Mégane R.S.
The Mégane R.S. 275 Trophy was a limited-run evolution of the third-generation Mégane Renault Sport, designed to bridge the gap between the standard R.S. and the extreme Trophy-R. It introduced a power hike to 275 PS and featured a standard Akrapovič titanium exhaust system, which provided a more aggressive soundtrack and a broader torque curve. The car utilised the acclaimed Cup chassis with a mechanical limited-slip differential, making it one of the most capable front-wheel-drive cars of its era. Collectors value it for its purity, manual gearbox, and its direct connection to Renault's Nürburgring record-breaking heritage.
