About the Porsche Macan Electric
The second-generation Macan marks a pivotal shift for Porsche, transitioning the brand's most popular model to a fully electric architecture. Built on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) shared with Audi, the Macan 4 Electric serves as the entry-level all-wheel-drive variant, balancing daily usability with the brand's signature driving dynamics. It features a 100 kWh battery pack and an 800-volt electrical system that allows for rapid charging at up to 270 kW. Despite its significant weight, the low centre of gravity and rear-biased torque distribution ensure it remains one of the most agile vehicles in the luxury compact SUV segment.
