About the Peugeot Rifter
The Peugeot Rifter was introduced in 2018 as the passenger-focused successor to the Partner Tepee, sharing its EMP2 platform with the Citroën Berlingo and Vauxhall Combo. Designed to bridge the gap between a traditional MPV and a rugged SUV, it features a raised ride height, plastic body cladding, and Peugeot's signature i-Cockpit interior. The 1.5-litre BlueHDi 130 diesel engine was the range-topping choice for the 2020 model year, offering a strong 300Nm of torque suitable for heavy loads. In early 2022, Peugeot took the bold step of discontinuing combustion engines for the Rifter in most European markets, making these late diesel examples highly sought after by long-distance drivers.
