About the Morgan Aero SuperSports
Launched to celebrate Morgan's 100th anniversary, the Aero Supersports is a targa-topped evolution of the AeroMax coupe. It features a lightweight bonded aluminium chassis and 'Superformed' aluminium body panels, resulting in a kerb weight of just 1,180kg. Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.8-litre BMW N62 V8, delivering a raw, analogue driving experience through side-exit exhausts. The interior is a masterclass in traditional craftsmanship, featuring hand-stitched leather and polished hardwoods, while the twin removable roof panels offer open-air touring with supercar-level performance.

Morgan Aero SuperSports fun facts
- The body panels are created using a 'Superform' process, where heated aluminium is literally blown into shape using high air pressure.
- Despite its modern aluminium chassis, the body still uses a traditional ash wood frame to support the hand-finished panels.
- The distinctive rear lights were sourced from the Lancia Thesis, a choice shared with its sibling, the AeroMax.
