About the McLaren 675LT
The 675LT marked the return of the 'Longtail' name for the first time since the F1 GTR, serving as a hardcore, track-oriented evolution of the 650S. McLaren engineers replaced 50% of the engine components and shed 100kg of weight through extensive use of carbon fibre, thinner glass, and a titanium exhaust. It features a larger active 'Longtail' airbrake that provides 40% more downforce than the 650S, alongside suspension geometry derived from the P1 hypercar. Renowned for its telepathic steering and violent acceleration, it is widely considered one of the most engaging driver's cars of the modern era.
