About the Lancia Dilambda

The Lancia Dilambda was a grand luxury car designed to capture the American market, featuring a sophisticated 24-degree narrow-angle V8 engine. Unlike the unitary Lambda, it returned to a separate chassis to accommodate the bespoke creations of elite coachbuilders like Pinin Farina and Carlton. It retained Lancia's signature sliding-pillar independent front suspension, providing exceptional ride quality for the era. Today, it is highly prized by collectors for its mechanical refinement and its status as one of the most advanced automobiles of the early 1930s.
