About the Lamborghini Diablo SV
Introduced at the 1995 Geneva Motor Show, the Diablo SV (Super Veloce) revived the legendary performance moniker first seen on the Miura. It was designed as a more focused, driver-oriented variant, eschewing the heavy all-wheel-drive system of the VT in favour of a lighter rear-wheel-drive setup. Distinctive for its roof-mounted air scoops and adjustable black rear wing, the SV also featured larger brakes and a slightly uprated V12 engine. Despite being the entry-level model at launch, its purity and aggressive aesthetics have made it one of the most sought-after iterations for modern collectors.
