About the Wiesmann MF5
The Wiesmann GT MF5 represents the pinnacle of the Dülmen-based manufacturer's 'gecko' philosophy, combining retro British aesthetics with modern German engineering. At its heart lies the S85 V10 from the BMW M5, mounted in a front-mid position within a lightweight aluminium monocoque and glass-fibre body. This combination results in a power-to-weight ratio that eclipses the donor M5, offering a raw, visceral driving experience defined by the engine's 8,250 rpm scream. Production of the V10 variant was cut short when BMW discontinued the engine, making these early MF5s the most sought-after by collectors.
