About the Lamborghini Aventador SV
The Aventador SV (Superveloce) was designed to be the most sports-oriented Lamborghini ever at its launch, featuring a 50 hp power increase and a 50 kg weight reduction over the standard LP 700-4. It introduced magnetorheological pushrod suspension and Lamborghini Dynamic Steering to the platform, significantly sharpening the handling of the large V12 flagship. Aerodynamics were overhauled with a massive manually adjustable carbon-fibre rear wing and a revised front splitter, increasing downforce by 170%. For collectors, the SV represents the last of the 'raw' Aventadors before the introduction of rear-wheel steering and active aero in the S and SVJ models.
