About the Ferrari F12tdf
The F12tdf is a track-focused evolution of the F12berlinetta, created to honour the Tour de France automobile race dominated by Ferrari in the 1950s and 60s. It features a significantly reworked version of the F140 V12 engine, producing 769 bhp and a spine-tingling 8,900 rpm redline. Weight was reduced by 110 kg through extensive use of carbon fibre and a stripped-out interior, while aerodynamics were overhauled to produce 87% more downforce. It also introduced Ferrari's 'Virtual Short Wheelbase' rear-wheel steering system to manage the car's aggressive turn-in and high-speed stability.
