About the Jaguar XK150
The XK150 was the third and final iteration of Jaguar's post-war sports car series, succeeding the XK120 and XK140. It introduced a more modern, slab-sided body with a one-piece wraparound windscreen and a wider interior for improved comfort. Mechanically, it was a pioneer as the first series-production car to feature four-wheel disc brakes as standard equipment. While heavier and more of a grand tourer than its predecessors, the 3.4-litre straight-six remained a potent heart, offering a refined driving experience that bridged the gap to the upcoming E-Type.
