About the Jaguar XJ220
Developed by JaguarSport with Tom Walkinshaw Racing, the production XJ220 arrived in 1992 after a dramatic V12 concept. Its mid-mounted twin-turbo V6, rear-wheel drive and aluminium construction replaced the concept's proposed V12 and four-wheel drive. The long, low coupé remains enormously fast but demands respect on the road. Its tiny production run and unusual story make originality and maintenance history especially important.
