About the Hyundai Grandeur TG
The fourth-generation Hyundai Grandeur, known as the Azera in North America, represented a significant leap forward in Hyundai's quest for premium market acceptance. Built on the TG platform shared with the Sonata, it offered a spacious, leather-lined cabin and a smooth Lambda V6 engine that rivalled established executive saloons for refinement. While it lacked the brand prestige of its German competitors, it provided a comprehensive luxury equipment list as standard, including dual-zone climate control and stability systems. In the UK, it remains an exceptionally rare sight, with only a handful of units officially imported for executive use.
