About the Ford Galaxy Mk3
The third-generation Ford Galaxy (Mk3) moved away from its Volkswagen-shared roots to a platform derived from the Mondeo, significantly improving refinement and driving dynamics. In Titanium trim, it served as a premium long-distance cruiser, featuring Ford's 'Kinetic Design' language and a highly flexible 'FoldFlatSystem' for all rear seats. The 150 PS 2.0 TDCi engine was the volume seller, offering a balanced mix of torque for full-load hauling and respectable motorway economy. While the rise of SUVs eventually ended its production in 2023, it remains one of the most accomplished dedicated MPVs ever sold in Europe.
