About the Fiat Ducato 250
The third-generation Fiat Ducato, specifically the 'Type 250' facelifted in 2014, remains one of Europe's most ubiquitous light commercial vehicles. Developed in partnership with PSA, its front-wheel-drive layout and square load bay made it exceptionally versatile for both cargo hauling and motorhome conversions. The 2.3-litre Multijet engine is the range's workhorse, balancing efficiency with enough torque for heavy payloads. While utilitarian in nature, the 2015 update introduced a more car-like interior and improved safety tech, solidifying its market dominance.
