About the Fiat Cronos

Launched in 2018 as a replacement for the Fiat Siena and Linea, the Cronos is a subcompact sedan developed specifically for the South American market. Built at the Ferreyra plant in Córdoba, Argentina, it shares its platform and front-end design with the Argo hatchback but features a unique rear structure and a class-leading 525-litre boot. The 1.3-litre FireFly engine variant balances fuel efficiency with urban utility, helping the model become the best-selling car in Argentina for multiple consecutive years. It is praised for its robust suspension tuning, which is tailored to handle the region's varied road conditions.
